Super bad CS from WHITECLOTHES.CO

For all my years of online shopping, I have never encounter such bad experience with a blogshop.
It pissed me off so badly that I thought I need to rant.

Below are the corresponding emails with the blogshop.

I ordered a plaid shirt and black crop top on 1 April 2014. 2 days later I receive this notification telling me that my item will be shipping within the next few days. Okay, fair enough.

I waited for my parcel for 2 weeks. Initially I thought there was a delay with SingPost so I gave extra days for the parcel's arrival. But 2 weeks is too ridiculous! So on 16 Apr, I emailed WhiteClothes again to check if they had dispatched my item because some blogshops they do send a confirmation email after they have mailed the item but I did not receive anything since the first email above.


They replied my 3 days later on the above, saying that the plaid shirt is OOS and on backorder hence they have not mailed the items out.

I SWEAR BEYOND MY LIFE. I checked everywhere in my mailbox but I didn't receive the so-called email from them at all. Not even in my junkmail.

Decided to ask for a refund because I wasn't keen on waiting.

Got a reply from them 4 days later (seriously they need to buck up on their customer service).

I was quite worried that they did not even get any info from me so I asked if they needed my bank details to do the refund. FYI, it was already almost 1 month since I made my order and yet I am still here dealing with this shit.
NO REPLIES FROM THEM AGAIN. HAVE NOT RECEIVE MY BLACK CROP TOP.

Decided to drop them with the email, this time with my bank details so that I don't have to waste another 3-4 days waiting for replies.

I mean, hello? If you want to start a business, do it willingly and passionately.
Don't keep your customers waiting and waiting and waiting.
This is my first time purchasing from them and I will NEVER buy from them anymore.
I did my part as a customer to make prompt payment. I think it is just fair that as a seller, it is your responsibility to ensure that we receive our clothes fast and in good condition!
