New Year's Eve

On New Year's Eve, as usual I was working half-day. So I met Gary at Ion Orchard. Had been whining for the longest time that I want to go to town. He as a very lazy person always say NO to me T_T
But as a very good boyfriend, he brought a dress along for me to change up. (Because I have been damn upset about wearing pants to town) Fyi, I still have many many new dresses hanging in my wardrobe. I think I can leave it to Chinese New Year already.

Anyway, it was raining pretty heavily but nevertheless, we went looking for Wild Honey @ Scotts Square! I have been wanting to go there damn badly T_T

We got a bar table because it was pretty crowded. No issues with us, just that it was a little squeezy.

Jasmine Green Tea that we ordered. It smells really good but taste like normal tea hahaha.

My European breakfast! It smells soooooooooooo good! I think I will come back for this again, it's damn nice! Especially the poached egg and mushroom. Thumbs up.

My baby's set. There's salmon inside the egg. I think he don't really like because there is a fishy smell after a few mouthful. I am okay with it, in fact I quite like it! So we switched after finishing half of our own set.
The bill sum up to around $60 for both of us. It's quite expensive - mainly eggs, bread, mushroom used. I think we paid for the service and ambiance. Still a pleasant virgin experience for me and I WANT TO VISIT HATCHED!

Headed back to walk around Orchard, met Baby's bunkmate in Tangs, shopped around Isetan. Orchard was seriously crowded with people, especially with the heavy rain outside, everybody came inside. We made our way to Wisma and bought bedsheets because there was huge sale going on for bedsheets! Sometimes I feel like wife and husband buying household stuffs :$ Decided to leave town because the road will be closed at 6pm and we honestly don't want to be trapped there.

Headed over to Baby's grandfather's house at Khatib because his mom was there too! Bought some roasted duck up. I just sat there and have dinner, watch tv while Gary played mahjong with his relatives. His Thai aunt cooked some awesome papaya salad and tho it's quite spicy, it is very yummy! Went home around 10pm and we countdown at home watching the stupid Channel 8's countdown show. Seriously sucks omg. The sound system wasn't good, most of the performances were lipsynced and the same artistes keep coming out repeatedly! -.- They need to do something about it!

On New Year's Day, it was the end of holidays for Gary and he needs to book in at 1830. Spend our whole day sleeping, eating, playing WII. Accompanied the boy back to Pasir Ris and bought subway for dinner.
