It's so difficult to find natural looking contact lenses in the market nowadays.

I wanted to buy Acuvue Define to try but it's just too expensive lol.

I wore it on my left eye. Right eye without.

I love thissssss!!

It's super natural and the enlarging effect is very subtle.

I try to avoid contact lenses that are 14.5mm in diameter cause I feel that they kind of cover too much of my eyeball lol and they just look super fake.

Sadly, I don't wear colours contact lenses because I am just not at the right age to wear it anymore lol...

Bidding Goodbye

I am finally bidding farewell to my first job. It has been a long, fulfilling four years and I felt that I have grown so much. I am truly blessed to be part of this company, surrounded with people with so much love and passion. 

I will be flying to United States in 3 days time to join Gary and I am so exciteddddd! Haven't seen him for 7 months D: That's the longest that we've been apart.

K-drama review - Moon Embracing the Sun

I have heard lots of great review on this drama, and judging from it's high rating and viewership, it is no doubt a really good drama that everyone should watch! The series finale recorded its highest ratings with a viewership of 42.2 percent nationwide, and an average of 45.8 percent in the Seoul National Capital Area.

It took me awhile to decide to watch it because I wasn't really a fan of historical drama and the cast didn't really attract me.. But I'm glad I didn't let this drama slip through :D

OVERALL RATING: 8.5/10

The drama focused on love story between Crown Prince Lee Hwon (Kim Soo Hyun) and Heo Yeon-woo (Han Ga-In) which started from young. TBH I really think Han Ga-In don't suit the role at all. Yoon Eun Hye would probably be a better choice. I quite like Kim Soo Hyun's role, cute but devoted. Towards the end of the drama, it got a little draggy but still bearable. I was secretly hoping for more episodes during the young days cause the adult part is just meh.

I am now a huge fan of Yeo Jin-goo and Kim Yoo-Jung :D:D:D

Still a recommended show to watch if you haven't!

Counting down

It's about a month before I fly to USA again, the last time.

It's like finally finally we have made it so far and Gary's really coming back!!!

So the next time I board the flight back to Singapore, I won't be alone cause I'll be coming home with him! :D

I can't believe this was 1.5 years ago. 

If you asked me how we maintained our relationship despite being so far apart + the time difference, I HAVE NO IDEA. We started off face timing each other like once a week during weekends when we don't have to work but the frequency just became lesser and lesser over time -_- It was until one point we didn't face time each other for almost two months. I guess its just harder to coordinate cause we don't really stay at home ALL the weekends. So yeah, perfection doesn't exist in reality.

This time we won't have to be apart again (hopefully for a long time).

Looking forward to our well deserved holidays, spent together :D

Favorite Mask Sheets!!!

I started being more diligent about taking care of my skin ever since I start working.

I don't put makeup when I go to work (cannot be bothered, sleep is more impt) so I usually just put on my colour corrector serum + sunblock and I'm good to go!

Can't emphasize enough how impt sunblock is omg. I keep nagging at Gary to put on sunblock else he's going to age faster.

I buy tons of masks cause everytime I see new masks I feel like I need to try it out LOL. Must be a kind of disease call shopaholic ._.

Here are some of my absolute favourite and will-die-without mask sheets!!!

1. Laneige Water Bank Double Gel Soothing Mask

Actually I just bought this recently on Qoo10.com.sg to try out but I'm loving it so far!

It really keeps my skin hydrated and plump and the results are quite visible the next day I wake up. The best thing I like about this is it fits my face quite well and it's like invisible kind so won't scare people or anything hahaha.

I bought it from this webstore on Qoo10.com.sg. Actually not sure whether it's authentic or not o_o cause it's like quite cheap for laneige??? Anyway the results are good so I don't mind buying from them again ^_^

2. Secret Key Snail Repairing Mask Pack

This snail mask is suppose to moisturize skin and strengthen it. I freaking love this because I feel that it really "repairs" my skin leh. Everytime I got little bumps or redness on my skin, I will just use this and the next morning the bumps or redness will be gone!!!

Somemore I don't know what brand this is but it's quite cheap also hahaha.

3. My Scheming Snail Essence Hydrating & Repairing Black Mask

Officially declaring my love for snail mucus. Got this during my last Taiwan trip and it's super hydrating please omg. The only thing that I don't like is it's black in color -_-

4. My Scheming Skin Pores Clarifying Minimizing Mask

Actually I love all the My Scheming mask haha. But I only use that few because that's what my skin needs.

Joanne help me to buy when she went to Taiwan previously! This mask is super thin by the way, almost invisible but it's abit too thin thus it tears quite easily. Other than that, the mask really does what it says!
